Everything you need to know about workout programs, progress tracking, and class bookings.

Install the App

FitByTime can be installed directly from your browser without visiting App Stores.

iPhone (iOS)
1. Open site in Safari.
2. Tap the "Share" icon at the bottom.
3. Select "Add to Home Screen".
Android
1. Open site in Chrome.
2. Tap the "Install App" button at the bottom.
3. Or tap menu (3 dots) and select "Install App".

My Programs
Workout List

Access the personalized programs prepared by your trainer here.

  • Program Details: Click on a program card to see your workout days (Day 1, Day 2).
  • Exercise Videos: If you forget how to do a movement, click the icon next to it to watch the video.
  • Zoom Image: Tap on the exercise photo to view it in full size.
Progress Tracking
Body Analysis

Monitor your measurement results and body transformation tracked at the gym.

  • Charts: View Weight and Body Fat percentage changes on a timeline graph.
  • Before / After: Compare your old and new photos side-by-side (use the slider to switch).
  • All your regional measurements (waist, hips, etc.) are listed here.

Login & Password
Access

Your username is usually your phone number. You can get your password from the gym management or reset it via "Forgot Password".

Booking a Class
Participation

Select an available day from the calendar and click "Book Now" to reserve your spot. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance.

QR Code Entry
Turnstile

Tap the QR icon at the top right to scan your code at the entrance. QR codes change every time for security; do not take screenshots.

Credits & Membership
Membership

You can track your remaining class credits and package expiration date directly from the Dashboard.
