FitByTime uygulamasını ve web sitesini kullanarak aşağıdaki şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Lütfen bu koşulları dikkatlice okuyunuz.

1. Hizmetin Kapsamı

FitByTime, spor salonları, eğitmenler ve üyeler arasında rezervasyon ve yönetim sağlayan bir SaaS (Hizmet Olarak Yazılım) platformudur. Biz sadece bir teknoloji sağlayıcısıyız; spor salonlarının iç işleyişinden veya eğitmenlerin hizmet kalitesinden sorumlu değiliz.

2. Hesap Güvenliği

Kullanıcı hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Şifrenizi kimseyle paylaşmamalısınız. Hesabınızla yapılan tüm işlemlerden siz sorumlu tutulursunuz.

3. Yasaklı Davranışlar

Uygulamayı kullanırken;

• Yasa dışı faaliyetlerde bulunamazsınız.
• Sistemin güvenliğini tehdit edecek (hack, spam, vb.) girişimlerde bulunamazsınız.
• Diğer kullanıcıları taciz edemezsiniz.

4. Sorumluluk Reddi

FitByTime, yazılımın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmez. Planlı bakım çalışmaları veya teknik aksaklıklar nedeniyle geçici erişim sorunları yaşanabilir.

5. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Yetki

Bu sözleşmeden doğacak her türlü anlaşmazlıkta Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti (KKTC) yasaları esas alınacaktır ve Lefkoşa Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

6. Hesap ve Veri Silme Politikası (Account Deletion)

Kullanıcılar, uygulamayı silsin veya silmesin, istedikleri zaman hesaplarının ve kişisel verilerinin kalıcı olarak silinmesini talep etme hakkına sahiptir.

• Nasıl Talep Edilir: FitByTime hesabınızı ve tüm verilerinizi sildirmek için lütfen kayıtlı e-posta adresinizden info@fitbytime.com adresine "Hesabımı Sil" (Delete My Account) konulu bir e-posta gönderiniz.
• Neler Silinir: Talebiniz üzerine; adınız, e-posta adresiniz, antrenman ve beslenme programlarınız, fiziksel ölçümleriniz, gelişim fotoğraflarınız ve mesaj geçmişiniz 7 gün içerisinde sunucularımızdan kalıcı olarak yok edilir.
• Not: Bu işlem geri alınamaz ve silinen verilere tekrar ulaşılamaz.

By using the FitByTime application and website, you agree to the following terms. Please read these conditions carefully.

1. Scope of Service

FitByTime is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides booking and management for gyms, trainers, and members. We are solely a technology provider; we are not responsible for the internal operations of gyms or the quality of service provided by trainers.

2. Account Security

You are responsible for the security of your user account. You must not share your password with anyone. You are held responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Prohibited Conduct

While using the application, you may not;

• Engage in illegal activities.
• Attempt to compromise the security of the system (hacking, spamming, etc.).
• Harass other users.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

FitByTime does not guarantee that the software will run uninterrupted or error-free. Temporary access issues may occur due to planned maintenance or technical glitches.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), and the Nicosia Courts shall have jurisdiction.

6. Account and Data Deletion Policy

Users have the right to request the permanent deletion of their accounts and personal data at any time, whether they have uninstalled the app or not.

• How to Request: To request the deletion of your FitByTime account and all associated data, please send an email from your registered email address to info@fitbytime.com with the subject line "Delete My Account".
• What Gets Deleted: Upon your request, your name, email address, workout and nutrition programs, physical measurements, progress photos, and all message history will be permanently deleted from our servers within 7 days.
• Note: This process is irreversible, and deleted data cannot be recovered.
